According to Jessica Steele, product manager for Bacchus Break, "Our new silicone wine cup has an inverted bottom called a punt which is similar to the bottom of a wine bottle. This flat-bottom design makes Bacchus Break's silicone wine glasses harder to tip over."

When asked about where the inspiration for this new concept came from, Steele replied, "The inspiration came from our customers. We listened to them, we read their reviews and we took action. We noticed that many of them are worried of tipping over the silicone wine cups. So we commissioned our team to come up with a new design that's harder to tip over. Finally, a month of hard work paid off and here we are, ready to introduce our new unbreakable flat-bottomed silicone wine glasses to the wine (or beer) drinking community.
