Mr Fiedler brings more than 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service to Genie Best. Most recently, Mr Fiedler served as Regional Training Manager for a naturally raised meat company serving Canadian households in Ontario for over five years. Mr Fiedler has been winning most of the annual and quarterly sales awards on a consistent basis. He was part of the founding team of Memorie Lane and was responsible for advertising, development and operations. Mr Fiedler started his customer service profession when he was only five. His parents opened the Fiedler's Delicatessen which served the Kitchener community for decades. Another interesting aspect on Mr Fiedler: He was on the most popular Canadian reality TV show "CBC Dragons' Den" two years in a row.

Mr Fiedler received his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Region of Waterloo.
