Diaper Changing Pad Company Cuddles' Customer Queries, When Should Solids Be Introduced To Baby?
(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 05, 2015 ) Los Angeles , California -- In the last few days a Cuddles' customer sends an email to leave the firm positive feedback about a newly acquired Baby diaper changing mat recently purchased from the firm. In addition the customer asks for a little advice, asking when would be the best time to introduce a baby to solid food.
The Cuddles member of staff advised the customer that it might be simpler to start a baby on pureed or mashed food such as mashed or pureed vegetables like cooked carrot, parsnip or potato. Mashed or pureed fruit like ripe pear, mango, banana or cooked apple or baby cereal like Baby rice, maize or cornmeal. And one and two teaspoons should be giving to start with.
The customer was warned It may take a baby a while to get accustom to eating solid foods, and shouldn't be surprised if the baby rejects the food by spiting it out, but was informed to give the baby a little break and to try again later or the next day. The food could be made a little tasteless by mixing it with a few teaspoons of baby milk.
Also to bear in mind that food could be offered to the baby before or after, or in the middle of a feed, whatever works better. And a time should be picked that's suitable for baby and parent. If the food is heated, it is paramount that the food is left to cool down and the temperature to be tested on the inside of the parent's wrist before giving it to the baby.
I the beginning the baby may seem to eat very little, but parents should exercise patients here, as it may take time for a baby to learn how to eat. As the baby develops more of a side-to-side, grinding motion, less liquid should be added to the food, so the texture has thicker lumps. This enables the baby to work on chewing, or gumming, and swallowing.
Finally the customer was advised, as a baby becomes used to fruits, vegetables and cereal, a variety of other foods should be added to the baby's diet. Moreover the amount of times the baby eats solids should be increased gradually. Hopefully by the time a baby is around seven months old, the baby should be eating solids three times a day.
This seems like sound and great advice being provided by the Californian Baby diaper pad company, and conveys how they are prepared to go the extra mile in regards to customer satisfaction. Hopefully the customer in question fills fully equipped.
