They will be conducting customer survey's to obtain their data. Their method includes market research which includes going straight to existing customers who have bought previously.

Ollie Davis, who heads the marketing department gives his insight. "The first thing we will be doing is distributing a survey to our current customers. We have an idea what we want to distribute but we also   easy install want to make sure we are giving our consumer what they already want and need. It's one thing to think we know what the customer wants and something entirely different than what they are actually looking for. R.E.C. is inquiring about long lasting brake pads for wet weather and also energy supplements that are easily stored while riding. We are also curious about the type of supplement our customer would be interested in weather that's powders, bars, or goos. We want to hear from the consumer first though"

With recent success with the Bike Light Front Mount R.E.C. is now confident to expand its line and add to the brand awareness. The survey tactic has been used countless times with smaller and larger companies alike to best serve the customer and their needs.
