(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 11, 2014 ) Houston, Texas -- The Decorah Public Library is hosting an Emergency preparedness program which is aimed to educate anyone and everyone about how to handle emergency situations, especially during the winter season. The event is completely free and anyone is allowed to participate in the said fair and program. The participating emergency response teams are expected to demonstrate their subject matters and also discuss emergency situations such as fires, natural disasters, and physical injuries from accidents. Because the event is free, the reception would be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
